ppvin Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before using the ppvin platform. All rules for registration, bonuses, payments and responsible gaming are described in detail here.
Introduction and Applicability
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the ppvin platform and all its services. By using the ppvin website (https://ppvin.lat) you are considered to be in full agreement with these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

Section 1 — Account Registration

1.3 Account Security

1.4 Verification Process
ppvin follows KYC (Know Your Customer) policy. Prior to withdrawal, or at any time, you may be asked to submit proof of identity (NID, passport or driving licence) and proof of address. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.
Section 2 — Financial Transactions
2.1 Deposit
Funds can be deposited on ppvin using the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.
Providing the correct reference number at the time of deposit is mandatory. ppvin is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information. Deposits are generally processed instantly.
2.2 Withdrawal
The following conditions apply when withdrawing funds from your account:

Withdrawal requests will only be processed using the same method through which the deposit was made. If multiple methods were used, ppvin will determine the withdrawal method at its own discretion.
2.3 Deposit and Withdrawal Restrictions
Depositing using a third party's account or card is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, the account will be investigated and funds may be held.
Section 3 — Bonuses and Promotions
3.1 Welcome Bonus
New users will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit up to ৳10,000. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000, an additional ৳1,500 will be added as a bonus.
3.2 Wagering Requirements
Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn:

3.3 General Bonus Rules
- Each user may take advantage of a bonus offer only once.
- Multiple bonus claims from the same household, device or IP address are not permitted.

3.4 VIP and Cashback Program
ppvin has three VIP tiers, each with a weekly cashback:
- Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
- Silver — up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
- Gold — up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Section 4 — Gameplay and Betting Rules
4.1 General Gaming Rules
The following rules apply when using all games offered on ppvin (slots, casino, cricket betting and others):
- Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) or a live dealer system.
- Bets placed during a technical fault may be cancelled and the stake will be returned.
- Exploiting software or system vulnerabilities to gain an advantage is strictly prohibited.
- Gaining an advantage by playing with multiple accounts or as a group is prohibited (syndicate play).
4.2 Cricket and Sports Betting

- Bets must be confirmed before the match begins; live betting is governed by separate rules.
- If a match is abandoned or cancelled, bets will be cancelled and stakes will be returned.
- If a result is disputed, ppvin will verify and make a decision.
4.3 Winnings Payment
Winnings will be credited to your account automatically. For large wins, ppvin may take additional time for verification. ppvin reserves the right to investigate any unusual betting activity.
Section 5 — Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ppvin platform. Violating these rules may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:
- Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
- Opening or operating an account for anyone under 21 years of age.
- Creating or operating multiple accounts.
- Misusing the bonus system or attempting to meet wagering requirements through artificial means.
- Attempting to win through fraudulent means or using software to do so.
- Using third party payment methods.
- Attempting to hack or carry out a cyber attack through the platform.
- Harmful behaviour or harassment toward other users.
- Spreading defamatory information against ppvin.
Section 6 — Privacy and Data Protection

ppvin will not bear any liability for the following:
- Internet connection issues or failures caused by third-party technology.
- Losses arising from disclosure of your own account information.
- Service disruptions due to force majeure events (natural disasters, war, government restrictions).
- Technical errors on the part of third-party game providers.

9.3 Governing Law
These terms and conditions will be interpreted in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute, ppvin's internal arbitration process will be followed first.
